What You Bring
- Residential HVAC Experience: You can diagnose and repair furnaces, AC units, and heat pumps with confidence.
- EPA 608 Certification: Required. Additional certifications are a big plus.
- Valid Driver's License: You'll be driving company vehicles and representing the brand.
- Clear Communication: You can explain what's going on to a homeowner in plain, honest terms, with no pressure.
